NAVIDEÑA HAS DINNER - PADDED TURKEY TO THE OVEN

INGREDIENTES:
1 turkey of 15 pounds, very fresh and I clean.
4 bottles of beer
1/2 bottle of white wine.
2 big white onions and garlics.
1 spoonful of milled spices.
1 cup of chopped grasses: thyme, sage, laurel, basil, parsley, mejorana and orégano.
2 cups of padded olives of red pimentón.
2 cups of golden champiñones in butter.
5 cups of crumbs of bread.
1 cup of milk.
1 cup of raisins without seed.
1 cup of toasted almonds and crushed.
1 spoonful of azúcar común
1 1/2 pounds of pig meat cooked with the hígado of the turkey.
1 pound of meat of cooked veal.
1 pound of jamón dive.
1/2 cup of capers
1/2 pound of tocineta boiled in ribbons.
Juice of limón.
Butter.
Salt to the pleasure.
Aluminum paper.

PREPARACIÓN:

INGREDIENTES:

1 big celery.
6 apples.
¼ of roasted castañas.
1 glass of fragrant wine.
1 ½ glasses of water.

2 nails.
Salt.

PREPARACIÓN:
To preheat the oven at 200°C.

12. 1/2 cup of white wine.
13. 1/2 cup of sweet sherry.

Preparación:
